My house is on a corner lot, but now that once quite street is a medium traffic intersection. I need to know how to block the street so when I get ready to sell the home buyers forget that theres busy traffic out there. You can't here it, but see it, please help!

Also Ther back yard stays dead because too much shade is there a way to have a full thick grass yard?

By the way, the back yard is Privacy fenced but the front and one side face the street.
