RScott is a very smart fellow who never Plagiarizes by Copy Pasting answers claiming them as his own, original intelligence. Usually "spot on" too.

However, hard red spring wheat, hmmm, plant in spring, in soft good earth, hope for rain if farming it on a large scale. Likes nitrogen rich loam, and ultimately makes tasty flour?

Good guess? Nice to see you out of Suspended YAnimation!

I know you RScott. I didn't know you enough to be a fan but you've always been very respectful and cordial. I can't believe it.

PS. i don't know the answer to your question. Just wanted to give you my support. Glad you're back.

Horticulture Student.
