...Landscaping Company.? FOr the past 10 months i've been working with a small landscaping company by advertising online, communicating
with clients and setting up appointments. My boss's Name
is JOSE and he is ignoring me as I attempt to collect my unpaid commissions. That charge I have for him has been growing for 3 months and I've been warning him that he owes me alot and that I can't get him any more jobs. Then When I was suppost to be paid he spends the Money and says he needed it for his personal life issues. I TOld him THats not my problem and me and him had a verbal agreement about payments and he acknoledges that. Anyways, I have lots of documentation to show that I've been working for him answering emails, and a list of the Charges, a list of jobs, locations, and prices. I can even receive confirmation from the clients that those jobs were done. I don't want to hire an Attorney for I don't feel its necessary. Its just making me mad that he doesnt respond and is wasting my time. HOW CAN I SETTLE?
HE OWES ME 1,600.00
I get 10% of every Landscaping job. Including Materials.
I get 20% of all Tree Service jobs.
I let him borrow 400$ one day he needed Material Money but Didnt ask him for any Receipt of proof.

He acknowledges that. I have a list of jobs.
I can't just let that Money Go. Its too much. I needed that Money for Auto Repairs, College, and clothing.
