How do I get my dog to stop pooping in my landscaping?

We just landscaped our new house and bought our dog a wireless fence that keeps him close to the house. Well, he has decided the new mulch is a good place to poop. He's a big dog and it's a lot of poop! How can I get him to stop pooping there?? Please help!
