Default How do I remove an inground basketball goal secured in cement without

killing the grass/landscaping around it? The bball goal is secured in cement which is adjacent to the concrete bball court. I am trying to remove the goal and cement to install another goal. But, I don't want to tear up the court, grass, or landscaping surrounding the old goal.
