Well my dad is a landscaper and he charges 40 dollars/hour for planting, pruning etc. He charges about 30-50% more for what the parts cost and then charges for the amount of hours he spent doing the job. He charges for labour and parts seperately.
E.q.)Let's say he worked for 1 hour and planted one $100 tree. He will charge the customer 40 dollars for labour and 130 dollars for the tree bringing the grand total to 170 dollars. This is assuming that he charges only 30% more for the tree.
My dad landscapes in Toronto, Canada btw.

Good luck with your bussiness my friend.

For any plant 2.5 times the amount you paid. That cover your cost to replace if it was to die as well as enough to buy the stakes, amend the soil, and to cover your labor costs.
