Default Landscape Construction Business?

I have feeling that my new landscape business is going to boom, but I am little worry due to my past unhappy experience, I need your suggestion...

1, how to build my team, how to attract professional employees?

2, hire sub in the beginning, no employee, how do I set up payment agreement with them, because I have to wait client to pay me, hard to take money from my pocket.

3, when is sign that I can expand? when I can tell it is time to hire employee, move to big office, get big project? Growing fast is dangerous? What is easier way to go?

More question coming.... thanks.
