Where can landscape photographers get good jobs?

Your best bet is to freelance. Visit your library and see if they have a book titled "Where and How To Sell Your Photographs". If they don't, then try amazon or eBay.

You might also consider self-publishing your own calendar or getting booth space at a small art fair. Take your best work to locally owned businesses and ask if you can display it. If there are any small interior design studios in your area contact them.

Good full-time landscape jobs are as rare as hens teeth. Best option is to go freelance and take commissions and shoot stock.

Well to start with you can do editorial work for magazines
there are books and also ad work or stock work

pick up a book called "the photographers market" it has everything you will need...who wants what what they want you to send and what they will pay....

you can also start with your local new paper or magazine and make an appointment with the photo editor and try to do freelance work...you won't get paid much but you an begin to collect tear sheets (work published in mags, papers, books) for your portfolio.

show prospective clients photos of the work you want to do...ex.
show them your best portrait work if that is what you would like to do for them....
and DON"T BOTHER IF YOU CAN"T TURN IT IN ON TIME...no reputation is better than a bad one
