Default As a landscape we are applying sulphur to lower the pH, can we apply if there is...

...about an inch of snow? We have had some snow this week, only about an inch or two. Can we still make granular sulphur applications?

Is the ground froze? If yes then I wouldn't. It depends on what zone you are in, what species of plants are you applying it to. Why not wait until the snow melts? There is a good chance when the snow melts the sulfur will wash away and do little or no good.
