make as much$ as they say?? Im going to their job fair tomorrow and I need some info on them. It seems too good to be true.. i found out that they dont have employees, and istead their independent contractors.. does that mean im going to have to make my own sales??.. HOw does it work with these guys??

I worked for SpringMasters. To be honest, it is hard work but I was able to pay my college tuition with this job. It definitely was the hardest job I have had but it was worth it. I worked my way through college and came out debt free so yeah if you are up to the task, go for it, if you are a lazy type then it's not for you man. I was able to make anywhere from $250-$600 a day but they helped me develop a really strong work ethic, I've seen some punks who have a terrible attitude and terrible work ethic go home with $100. So take your pick, there are some sales involved but those skills helped me to deal with people and eventually start my own business. I have alot to thank SpringMasters for.
