can i use water that i use for cooking on my vegie garden?

i'm in sydney and just started a vegie garden i was wondering if use could use boiled water f vegies when cooking to water my vegie garedn to save water..i'm just not sure if it will harm it?

You can use boiled water on your plants. Just make sure the water has cooled to room temperature before pouring on them.
