I am looking to build an entire building from the ground up which would have the entire purpose of being a hydroponics room so to speak.(parents may end up conning me into putting their fish tanks in it too I fear.) To my plans thats the building's entire purpose. I am aiming to make it a 8x10 room.

With the plan of building a 8x10 room for hydroponics, with the primary plan of growing vegetables in it. What advice can be given?
