Default I have grown mint, sweet and spicy basil, lemon verbena, thyme, lemon balm; how to

collect the seeds? I have started collect the basil seeds, when before it flowers i take the seeds off the stems and store them in baggies, i have not notices any other seeds on the other herbs and i am confused on how to get them to grow next year so i do not have to buy the plants again, any advice?
