I want 2 plant some nice flowering shrubs with nice foilage in pots outside....

...any ideas? Just moved house so dunno how much sun they will have in summer. Minimum upkeep 4 plants. Maybe even re-flower annually. 'Bushy, full & overhanging flowers rather than tall & minimal.
