I've got a snake plant, and the main roots on the bottom are shaped somewhat like a U bend pipe, with one shoot on each side... Can i cut that big root in the center, and will both ends survive? Will yet another duplicate grow off each end/

Also, I've got two small Chinese evergreens(One was growing in a pot next to the other so i put them in different pots) I'd like to get them to grow into a "bush" as quickly as possible. I put some fertilizer in the soil, and I found a few worms that I tossed in =) LOL anyway, without overwatering them, what's the fastest way to make them grow?

I also have a small palm that's about a foot tall... under what conditions should it be under to grow to 3ft by summer?
