i would not cut the root in the center that is there life line.as for the other 2 you just seoarated they will be fine just make sure you do not over water them stick your finger about 1/2 inch into the soil if it is dry water them if it is still wet do not water.as for the palm depends on how much sunlight you give it and you do not overwater it could grow as much as what your saying.goodluck with all your plants.
