Default Any Suggestions for WORKING LANDSCAPING?

I started working as a laborer at the age of 15 with
my uncle pete. I stopped working with him after a year
at the age of 16. Now I started again only because
I get the jobs, and I will get the lower half of the earnings
LOL. We did a sod job and earned 1200$. after materials and I got 500$ so hell yeah I wanna work again. I only worked 3 days!!! Its just me and my uncle so its pretty cool.
BUT the REAL QUESTION of mine is.....

TIPS for Not getting injured or whatever?
I have been experiencing Back and Muscle Pain
badly... But I smoked a Blunt after work and that took
pretty good care of me :0)
Anyways Any tips for lifting heavy objects, or Wheelbarrowing,
Or OBVIOUS STUPID mistakes that Workers do that result in injury? HOW ABOUT DRINKING WATER?
It gets HELLA HOT and I drink alot of water... DOES THAT REALLY HELP? I noticed that When I get Heated and really Tired, if I drink like a bunch of water I feel GREAT AGAIN!
When I was 15 I think that's why I hated working!
