Call your credit card company & dispute the charge...RIGHT AWAY!
Tell them what you told us here. That you gave your number over the phone & that you haven't recieved any product. That you tried to call the company to check on your order & you can't get through.
This shows that you have made an honest effort to resolve problems directly with the company & have not received satisfactory service, product or contact.
Your credit card company will place a temporary credit on your account & they will send notice to the company you ordered from advising them that the charge will not be paid to them (or will be reversed, depending on how long you've been waiting) for failure to supply the product. They will then give the company time to respond.
This either makes the company hurry to send you the product, or when the company makes no effort to respond to the credit card company, or to send the product, the card company will eventually make your credit permanent.
If this action does make the company get off their B*** & send you the product, & you are satisfied with it, then you call your credit card company back & advise them that you have finally received your product & you would like to withdrawl your dispute.
Unfortunately, I have also had to this, but it works & is nice to have someone on your side. Be polite when you talk to the credit card company & they will work even harder to help you.
Also, if you think, or the credit card company thinks you might've been scammed, they might ask you if you want them to close your current account number & re-open a different number. The usual practice for a lost or stolen credit card.
