Default Ortho "WeedBeGone" - Oversprayed Grass Area/Can I Save The Sod?

I oversprayed several small grass areas in my lawn. The spots quickly turned rather yellowish/brown. Is there anything I can do to bring them back or am I going to have to resod these areas?
