does it ever come a time that I n? We have an area around our patio that is landscaped with roses etc. I recently bought some mulch to mulch up around the roses and some other plants but did not mulch the entire landscaped area. Should I do that also or wait until Spring? My other question is when you mulch over mulch year after year does it ever come a time when you have to take it all out and start over again or do people just mulch over the mulch year after year? I am not very clear on this procedure. Thanks for your answers.
