Is there a general homemade mixture concoction for spraying almost any
plant to combat garden pests? Yes, have a problem w/'something' eating leaves of roses, zinnia's, bell pepper plants in my garden.
Someone had said water, soap n oil mixture works for roses, is this effective for the other plants as well?
