Default can goldfish real be in a frozen backyard pond over the winter, and

still be alive in the spring.?? even though the pond is frozen all the way through?

no, the only animal that i know of that can be frozen like that is this one type on cricket

Well, if the pond is large enough, it shouldn't freeze all the way through, and your goldfish should be fine. But if it's a small pond and it does freeze all the way through, the fish will die.
