I hear a noise in the back of my head it sounds like water trying to get...

...though a bent garden hose? i have been hearing this for a long time and now i am beginning to think about it and am concerned that this is not normal and could be an issue.... if anyone has had this issue or knows anyone who did any information about this would be very helpful.......
