Default Does someone know the name of this house plant? pic included.?

Looks like a Red Margined Dracaena.

I'm pretty sure it's a Cordyline, if you keep it inside take it outside (not in the sun) as it will burn the leaves, give it a good soaking let it drain them return it inside after that just keep it moist possibly a cup of water once a week always test the soil (stick your finger in deep) to feel how moist it is. It also depends where inside you keep it, humidity etc. It's a pretty hardy plant. Good luck.
