Default I recently put a new plant bed at my house and the plants are yellowing.?

Is there anything that I could do besides water them to help them take root?

The yellowing could mean you are watering your plants to much. I use Miracle Grow on my plants indoors and out and they are beautiful and we also use mulch or grass clippings around the newly planted flowers. try not watering as much and use a growth helper when you do.
