Default I'm considering chucling away all the junk food in my house and starting a

healthy plant based diet but... I can't quite work up the nerve to chuck it away can I have some encouragement please?
What you want me to inflict my crappy unhealthy food on other people? Thats cruel I don't want to make other people unhealthy
