Hello every one,I wanted to start a home-based business growing herbs i learned how to grow indoors.I feel i can be successful because of the large network i know.my obstacle is i dont know what kind of permit or license i would need to grow herbs in my house in NYC( since the herbs are not a drug fda says it falls under dietary supplement)Does anyone know the first source I should contact?

Please no opinions I just want solid facts from someone who has taken this route or are around friends and family who has done this or something similiar

No, but you need some business experience.!!

you need to get an occupational license.. contact your local court house, and tell them what you are wanting to run out of the house and they will direct you to get an occupational license...good luck
