I am lookin for cilantro, parsley, dill, rosemary, thyme..etc... can be for inside or outside and any advice or help will be appreciated.

You should be able to get seeds at a garden centre, or even plants that have been raised already.

For the best selection go to seed catalogs. Gurney's and Henry Feild are the two I use most but for herbs I would check out Nichol's garden Nursery in Albany Oregon. They have more varieties of the herbs you mention 5than you would imagine. The seeds cost more per packet from seed catalogs but the seed is fresher and the selection is greater.
