I got married July 21, 2007 at Country Gardens Estate in Sherwood, OR and the wedding coordinator also served as our wedding photographer (because she has a copyright on the property and doesn't allow other photographers to shoot weddings there). I still have not received my proofs or my wedding album. She was paid up front, in full, and I have seen the photos on a website, but that's not what I paid for. Last I talked to her was at the end of October, when she told me that she was still working on it and would "hopefully" have the proof book to me in November. I haven't been able to reach her since. I have tried calling every few days and have left several messages on her cell phone, and the business number has been disconnected. I have filed a claim with the BBB and am considering legal action, but that doesn't solve much-they can't make her pay me, they can just file a judgment in my favor. Has anyone dealt with Julie at Country Gardens Estate or had a similar problem elsewhere?
