Default Does my tenant have the right to stop my grandson playing in my garden in front of

her windows? The tenant has a long term lease on the ground floor but has no rights to the front garden except for right of way across the path. The grassed area is separate and fenced off. her window looks out onto the garden but she has no rights to use it.
