Default Found Rabbit in my garden, it has no owners?

I found a rabbit in my garden, i tried to find its owners however they have moved away. I have no idea if it is an adult or a young rabbit. It is very scard and it is imposible to catch it (I dont want to hurt it) i brought rabbit food from the pet shop however it is for Dwarf and young rabbits and its expired already what alternatives can I give the little thing. It eats carrots and some apple it doesnt like spinach or brusell sprouts. can anyone recomend a way to catch it and what i can feed it dry food wise.
