gardeners? veggies; what would be a cool belated present?
fathers day... recommendations on pepper plants? some sort of berry that will grow in clay soil (he has always had rasberries and strawberried but the blueberries won't grow) Onions, lettuce, greens, cauliflower. He is hard core southbeach diet so he loves his fresh veggies too. Is there anything that people are trying now or have found that others wish they had in their garden?
I was inspired to look into this when i saw some orange pepper plants at the Farmers Market in Greensboro. i am moving north and think it would be cool to bring something for dad's 1/8th acre garden or berry patch.
