Default Greenhouse garden and pollination?

Hello, I live in an area that is heavily populated with deer , elk and other wildlife.I have tried everything , including fencing my garden but there are more deer eating my produce every year.I had a chance to purchase a 25x100 ft greenhouse and want to put my entire garden in there next year.It makes sense for a lot of reasons but I have one problem..3 grade biology tells me I need pollination.are there easy ways to pollinate my plants? new varieties that dont require pollination?places I can purchase bumble bees? any help from greenhouse gardners would be appreciated
