Default help! toad bit by gardener snake!?

i found a yellow toad about the size of my fist. IM 12. all i heard was chirping comin from the leaves and when i moved the leaves a snake was trying to eat it. the toad has a bite in its leg and is done bleeding. it happened about 2 min ago. will the poor thing live? please help quick!
i realize the snake needs to eat too and did nothing to harm the snake - I just moved the snake and then the toad popped out of its mouth.. not a snake hater just figured i would pick the toad up to see if it was able to be saved and it seemed it was ohh and thanks didn't know it was garter
