Default ~ Hi gardeners~ can you tell me which vegetables can come up every year?

I want to section off a little part of my yard to plant vegies that come up year after year with out much if any help from me.lol I have lots of fruits and just wondered what vegies...if any.
and ruhbarb is growing already

Rhubarb, asparagus, and horseradish are perenials, and dill will come up from self-seeding (but slow to germinate).
