There is an on line site called KopyKatz, go under goggle or something to find it. But they give you all the recipes just how they are used in the restaurants. I know because I actually found it because I wanted to make that salad to, and a lady at work suggested. it

You can actually buy their salad in individual or party size. Or you could purchas bagged salad from your local grocery store, and then purchase the bottle of Olive Garden's dressing from The Olive for what I believe is $7. It's wonderful! Just add some fresh parmesan and it should be great!

Last time I was in an Olive Garden they had their dressing for sale, which I believe is something new and may not be at all Olive Gardens... but the dressing basically makes the whole salad.... so I would start there or use that recipe... and tweek it til you think you have it right.
