Default I invited some gardeners over to dig in my dirt, what should I feed them for lunch?

I was thinking of hacking up some onions and cucumbers with a nice garlic-infused vinaigrette and possibly Spam with eggs. does this sound nice to you?

all sounds good except spam, but if you are in Hawaii, then spam is the national food, right?
