Default I need to know where to buy the tonic water used for root stimulation in gardening?

This product used to be sold at garden center about 20 years ago

you can make your own if you have access to a willow tree..... cut some small branches up into couple inch segments and pour boiling water over them... when the water is cool, there's your tonic.....or overnight, as per this site...

Garden center still sell it and you may find it at hardware or building supply stores too.
