Default I still have a problem with polecats in the garden?

I asked about getting polecats out of my garden about 2 months ago. The best answer was to use mothballs. But I cant seem to hit them with the mothballs. What am I supposed to do with the mothballs?

forget the mothballs! Get some cayenne pepper and sprinkle it in your garden. Not only will it keep the critters out of the garden it will help keep the bugs out too!
