Default My garden fence is... STEAMING. Should I be worried?

From where I'm sitting now, I can actually see my fence steaming. It's literally steaming like when you're cooking. At first I thought nextdoor were having a bonfire too close to our joint fence, went upstairs to look from the bedroom window & it's not happening in their garden. It is quite literally happening on our fence.

It's quite frosty outside, is this the sun evaporating the frost, or should I be worried? I went outside & held my hand over it, & the steam is quite warm. I've never seen anything like that happen but my dad agrees with my theory that it's just the frost being heated by the sun.

Eek?
