Default For New Year's eve in NYC, would Olive Garden or TGI Friday's have a better view of

the ball drop? We are going to NYC for NYE and we want to do Times Square, but not knowing the weather, we don't want to stand outside for 10 hours. We have contacted these two places, and if someone that has been or is from NYC can help me, I will approciate it. This is our first, and probably our only, trip to NYC. And if you don't think either of these options is good, also let me know that. These are the two places that we can afford and they both say that they have a view of the ball drop. Please help!!! Thanks
