If you look young, they will probably ask. If you look older, they may not. It just depends, I guess. In my state, I believe it's legal to drink out if you're with your parents, but the law is open to each Establishment. So one place may allow it and one may not.
If you really don't care about breaking the law, then just order the glass of wine. If you are asked for an ID, just say you forgot it at home and you won't get any wine if the server is doing their job. The server should know the consequences of serving someone underage (being fired, hefty fees for the restaurant and they could loose the right to sell alcohol). Just don't be rude to the server about it. You know you're not old enough. And your parents shouldn't try to push it either. They have a job to do, after all.
P.S. Order the alfredo dipping sauce for the breadsticks. It's my favorite. Over priced, but good.
