QUESTION about JKROWLING AT WINTER GARDEN THEATRE?

If there were 200 tickets given away at Raincoast (20 per day for 10 days) and 200 given away at OLA (about 50 winners with 4 tickets each) for a total of 400 tickets, and there are 950 people at the event, what's going on with the other 550 that weren't given away?
