Default What do I need to do to repair an outside faucet that connects to a garden hose?

I am not sure if it is the frost type. I live in PA. All i see is the hex head nuts behind the on/off knob Then it all goes back into the siding. I can see anyting else. The faucet has no hose on it now and it leaks when off where the water normally flows out.
