Default What should I do to these pests on my parsleys? Gardeners help please..?

There are white and tiny insects on my parsleys. If I use insecticide it won't be safe to eat. What should I do now, they seem to have spread over my peppers too.
Gardeners please help me, thanks!

Take a small cutting of parsley with the 'bugs' showing and put it in a sealed container for transportation to the garden centre for positive identification. Once id'd by the specialist, you will be told what [if anything] you need to do to remedy the problem bugs. Happy gardening.

Blend of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water. Add a teaspoon of liquid detergent and put in a spray bottle. Spray the leaves, top and bottom to kill off grubs and bugs.
