(True Story: One time I was woken up by the ear-splitting noise of a leaf blower at 7:00 a.m....so I threw on my bathrobe...went outside...and took the thing away from the non-English speaking worker who was using it...put it on the ground...and shouted out "Immigracion'!" at the top of my lungs...

...The next week...they came back at 12:00 noon to groom the grounds...

...Do you suppose I might have frightened that poor worker?)

That's horrible, but it worked. I can't sleep through that kind of noise, either.
