Six.

Adjacent side lengths: (1,11), (2,10), (3,9), (4,8), (5,7), (6,6).

The shortest side is one unit length so let's start there.
2 sides of length 1 = 2 units
2 remaining sides of length 11

Then add a unit to the shortest side
2 sides of length 2 = 4 units
2 remaining sides of length 10

Similarly, you may have rectangles whose adjacent sides are of lengths (3 and 9), (4 and 8), (5 and 7), (6 and 6). Once you go beyond (6 and 6) you start repeating the sizes of previous rectangles.
