There's no Bonsai seed. I highly recommend you to look into this site.

There are no such a thing as bonsai seeds, you cant grow bonsai trees - you create them. Bonsai trees if planted into the open ground would grow to a normal height. A bonsai is a thee in a pot. The aim is to make the tree look old, this is done in several ways. One is root pruning, as the tree will not be large it does not need the large anchor roots for example. The branches are wired and bent to look aged, leaf trimming and branch pruning are also used all to create the overall effect. Don't be fooled into thinking you can plant a seed and grow a bonsai thee it is an art form one that is very interesting but not one you can do in a hurry.

You can create a convincing bonsai from a tree bought at a nursery with pruning and shaping. If you are interested read up on it and give it a go, you might like so many of us get hooked on it. Good luck

Bonsai aren't usually grown from seed. Even the species which are it all depends on the species you are growing as to how you germinate them. Most plants which are “bonsaied” are grown from cuttings. This gives you a much quicker mature looking plant.
