Default I have small flower plant, which needs moderate water n more sun,how to

take care of it? I have small flower plant, i have planted 3 weeks ago. gives dark pink flowers. but it flowers goes away when rain comes and grows good when there is a sun.
i dont know the name of plant.
since last week flowers reduced in number compared to numbers when i bought the plant.
how to take care of that plant?

You need to dead-head the flowers (remove the dead flowers) to encourage the flant to continue flowering. Feed with a little Miracle Grow or tomato food.
