Default Looking to ID a shade-loving flowering plant?

This is a plant with round, variegated leaves. The plant is about 6"-8" tall, and has a long spike of tiny bunched pink flowers arching over the top. I saw this plant in a Brooklyn garden last week and it seemed to be very happy in shade. What could this be?
Hey again. It's not a Hosta, nor a Begonia, nor is it an orchid though I can see from my description why one might think that. The leaves are white and green in a crazy patchwork kinda way. Thanks for the Park Seed link - I'm going to keep on searching.
